		<title>Feb. 5, 2010 Marks 5 Yr. Anniversary Of Topia Arts Center Performances</title>
		<description><![CDATA[On February 5th 2005, Topia Arts Center presented it&#8217;s first live performance at the newly renovated Cafe Topia.  Maite Sanjuan did an Aerial Flamenco show to an audience of 80 people in the cafe.  This launched a series of unique cafe performances and later on that year in the theater.
